RAW MATERIAL SOURCING

SURFACE TREATMENT
We follow a fully automated, eco-friendly surface treatment process that includes a PLC-controlled 9 Stage Pre-treatment Line and Robotic (German-made) Powder-coating plant. This results in a flawless finish, enhanced corrosion resistance, and long-lasting durability while reducing material wastage to reduce environmental impact.
ASSEMBLY
At Elins, busduct assembly is carried out by trained technicians, under the professional guidance and supervision of our well trained and experienced engineers. Our team follows standardized operating procedures and uses precision measuring tools at every stage of project implementation, ensuring maximum reliability for industrial and commercial applications. Equipment used includes:

- Polyester Film & Aramid Paper Forming Machine
